Nicola Dymond will join LGPS Central as Chief Operations & Technology Officer, bringing significant experience from across the asset owner and investment management landscape. Most recently Chief Operating Officer at the Church Commissioners for England, Nicola has led complex operational, technology and data transformations and has held senior executive roles at Railpen and SEI Investments.

In her new role, Nicola will oversee LGPS Central’s technology and operational functions, setting a clear vision and strategy that supports innovation, enables strong investment outcomes and enhances digitally enabled services and insights for Partner Funds. She will ensure robust controls and excellent value for shareholders and clients, while aligning technology and operations with the organisation’s strategic objectives, regulatory obligations and partner fund requirements. Nicola will also play a central role in strengthening operational resilience, driving innovation and improving efficiency across the business, positioning LGPS Central for long-term success.

We have also confirmed David Kane as Chief Finance Officer, following his period as Interim CFO. David has been with the organisation since launch and has played a central role in establishing strong financial management, governance and cost control as LGPS Central has grown.

These appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to building a strong, experienced leadership team to support Partner Funds and deliver long-term value.
