We are thrilled to welcome Anouska Ramsay who has been appointed as our new Chief People Officer. Anouska will be a valuable member of our Executive Team, bringing with her a wealth of experience in human resources and talent management.
Anouska joins us from Santander, where she served as HR Director for Culture & Capability. During her tenure at Santander, Anouska led numerous progressive people initiatives and was an active member of the Gender Equality Leadership team at Business in the Community.
Prior to her role at Santander, Anouska held the position of Vice President of Talent at Capgemini. She began her career at Capital One Bank, where she developed a strong foundation in human resources.
