We’re proud to announce that LGPS Central is a finalist in two categories at this year’s LAPF Investments Awards!
We’ve been shortlisted in the ‘Pool of the Year’ category and our Director for Responsible Investment & Engagement, Michael Marshall, has been shortlisted for the ‘Outstanding Contribution of the Year’ award.
Chief Executive Mike Weston said: “The LAPF Investments Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in the Local Government Pension Scheme, and the fact we’ve been chosen as a finalist in two categories is recognition of the hard work that everyone at LGPS Central has put into making the Pool a success.
“We’re also delighted for Michael. It’s always encouraging to see people’s efforts being fully recognised, and we often hear very positive feedback from our Partner Funds relating to the support that he’s given them in respect of their Responsible Investment activities.”
